Product Detailed Description
The DEIF CSQ-3 is a microprocessor-controlled multi-function synchroscope that combines phase-angle indication with a check synchronising relay. It is designed to monitor and verify synchronisation conditions between an incoming generator and an electrical busbar before circuit-breaker closing.The instrument measures phase-angle and voltage differences and provides visual indications for synchronisation status, including generator frequency too fast or too slow, voltage too high or too low, and acceptable phase difference. Its configurable synchronisation parameters include phase difference, voltage difference, synchronising pulse duration, and relay delay.The CSQ-3 features a programmable synchronising relay output with one normally open SPST contact. Its front-panel pushbuttons are located behind a removable cover, helping prevent accidental changes to the settings during operation. It is suitable for generator control panels, marine switchboards, and power generation systems.
