The Siemens 3RN1013-1BW10 is a SIRIUS thermistor motor protection relay designed to protect electric motors against overheating by monitoring PTC thermistor sensors embedded in motor windings. It supports a wide 24–240 V AC/DC control supply and provides two changeover relay contacts for integration with motor starters, contactors, PLCs, and industrial control circuits.The relay includes manual, automatic, and remote reset functions, along with thermistor circuit short-circuit detection and reclosing lockout.
