The ABB 1SAX821001R1101 is an EF750-800 electronic overload relay designed to protect large three-phase motors against overload and phase failure. It provides an adjustable current setting range of 250–800 A and is designed for use with compatible ABB AF-series contactors, including AF580 and AF750. The relay is self-powered from the main circuit, so it does not require a separate external auxiliary power supply for its electronic protection functions. It supports selectable trip classes 10E, 20E, and 30E, temperature compensation, manual or automatic reset, trip indication, and STOP and TEST functions. Its auxiliary contacts provide trip and signaling functions for integration into motor control systems.
