Product Detailed Description
The ATEN CL5708M is an 8-port Slideaway™ LCD KVM switch that allows administrators to control multiple computers from a single integrated console. It combines a 17-inch TFT LCD monitor, keyboard, touchpad, and KVM switching functions in a space-saving, rack-mountable housing designed for server rooms and IT infrastructure.The switch supports both USB and PS/2 keyboard and mouse interfaces, with computer selection through on-screen display (OSD) menus, hotkeys, or front-panel pushbuttons. It supports video resolutions up to 1280 × 1024 at 75 Hz and can be daisy-chained with compatible KVM switches to manage as many as 256 computers in supported configurations. Security features include password-protected user access, while auto-scan mode enables sequential monitoring of selected computers.
