The Banner Engineering AT-FM-10K is a DUO-TOUCH SG two-hand control safety relay module designed to monitor two operator-actuated buttons and provide a safety control function for industrial machinery. It supports Banner STB self-checking optical touch buttons as well as compatible mechanical push buttons with complementary contact or PNP outputs.The module uses diverse-redundant microcontroller circuitry and two redundant, force-guided relay output contacts rated at 6 A. Its anti-tie-down function requires both actuating devices to be operated within a maximum simultaneity interval of 500 ms. A feedback input monitors external machine control elements, helping verify the condition of connected control devices.Operating on 24 V AC/DC, the AT-FM-10K features removable screw terminal blocks, five diagnostic LEDs, and a compact 22.5 mm DIN-rail-mountable housing. It is designed for two-hand safeguarding applications where operators must use both hands to initiate a machine cycle.
