The Bently Nevada 3500/70M is a four-channel Reciprocating Impulse Velocity Monitor designed for machinery protection in reciprocating compressor applications. It accepts signals from compatible seismic transducers, conditions the signals to derive vibration measurements and compares the results with user-programmable alarm setpoints.Each channel can be configured for one of four measurement functions: Impulse Acceleration, Acceleration 2, Reciprocating Velocity or Low Frequency Reciprocating Velocity. The four channels are programmed in pairs, allowing two different measurement functions to operate simultaneously.The module provides continuous monitoring information for compressor crankcase and crosshead vibration, supporting machinery condition assessment and maintenance. It is designed for integration into the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System.
