Product Detailed Description
The ProSoft Technology PLX32-EIP-MBTCP is an industrial communication gateway designed to enable bidirectional data exchange between EtherNet/IP-based Rockwell Automation controllers and Modbus TCP/IP devices, including equipment commonly used in Schneider Electric automation systems.The gateway features two independent Ethernet ports, allowing EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP/IP networks to operate on separate subnets without requiring devices to share the same IP subnet. It supports multiple Modbus TCP clients and servers, configurable data-transfer commands, status diagnostics, and an embedded EDS Add-On Profile for easier integration with compatible Rockwell Automation systems. An optional SD card can be used to store configuration files for recovery purposes.
