The Siemens 6GK7543-1AX00-0XE0 is a CP 1543-1 communication processor designed to connect SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC systems to Industrial Ethernet networks. It supports TCP/IP, ISO, UDP and S7 communication, enabling data exchange between PLCs, industrial computers, supervisory systems and other network devices.The module features one RJ45 Ethernet interface with transmission speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. It provides advanced network security functions, including VPN and firewall protection, and supports IPv4/IPv6, SNMP V1/V3 diagnostics, DHCP, FTP client/server, email communication and NTP time synchronization. IEEE 802.1X network authentication is also supported.The CP 1543-1 is installed on the S7-1500 mounting rail and obtains its operating power from the PLC backplane bus.
